About me
Trained by the Government, he now survives as a soldier of fortune; a mercenary for hire.
Translation…
Done my University placement year at the Ministry of Defence, I now work as a freelancer, available for hire.
OK, seriously
After graduating from The University of the West of England (UWE) in 2004 with a Computer Science degree, I headed into the web development scene, armed with a ready wit. Over a decade later, and I'm still here! Finding myself with a mixed bag of talent, I've put my roots down specialising as a Front-end developer and a Drupal developer too.
To satisfy your curious minds, my first passion was front-end. I was then exposed to Drupal back in 2008/09. Over the years my experience in both has grown and come to compliment each other. Not only can I put together amazingly coded user interfaces, I can also plan, architect and build Drupal CMS sites, jumping into site building, back-end and front-end interchangeably.
I take a lot of pride in building high quality websites that are cleanly coded, well structured, accessible and with attention to on-site SEO. I'm a big fan of CSS preprocessors such as SASS and building front-end components.
